    The role would require the selected candidate to first start in the sales function where passion for the business combined with a hunger for learning would be necessary.

    What the role involves:

    Your role will focus on the commercial side of our business, primarily sales, where you will be measured on delivering value to our clients and increasing revenue.

    This graduate role works on a rotational structure, so whilst on the scheme you will have the chance to impact different areas of the business across the region, and grow your skills in multiple areas.

    Our proactive business professionals are involved in a range of projects with a broad customer set and offerings; working collaboratively to provide solutions that best meet our clients' needs and contribute to their marketplace success.

    Throughout these different projects your responsibilities could include Account Management, Business Development, Bid Management, Sales Support, Business Consultant and Operational Support.

    You will grow your career by developing indispensable skills which will be vital in organisational process, market evolution and client connections and at the same time you will be assigned a Mentor from the Senior Management of the Company.

    You will understand the key business priorities, process and organisational implications, ensuring our solutions are delivered to our clients satisfactorily helping them achieve their business growth.

    Your input could be at any stage of customer engagement, from planning and design through to completion and on-going support. Every day you will be creating, maintaining and growing a strong, effective working relationship with our customer; making yourself essential in your role.

    You will need to:
    • • Be looking to achieve (or already have) a 2:1 honours in any degree
    • • Demonstrate an enthusiastic, 'can do' attitude
